SERVICES OFFERED
IHHC’s Neuro care program focuses on providing continuous care in the home to patients living with a range of neurological conditions. Our services are tailored to patients who might have been living with these conditions since birth or after a sudden onset of a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury, stroke, etc.
- 12-24 hours of nursing support
- 12-24 hours of medical caretaker support
- Physiotherapy
- Equipment based on requirement (may include Ventilator, Suction Machine, Monitor, Hospital Bed, etc.)
- Consumables (paid for by the patient) – when available
TASKS COVERED
In addition to assistance with daily living activities, which is critical in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders, our care team can handle the following tasks as well, as per the physician’s directive and the care plan
- Personal care that is tailored to the patient’s needs
- Assistance with mobility
- Assistance with feeding including RT and Peg-Gastrostomy
- Incontinence care
